MaxiSeq Human FFPE TCR+BCR (with UMIs) helps you generate sequencing-ready libraries for both TCR and BCR sequences from human FFPE RNA. With a streamlined workflow, this kit allows you to capture CDR3 sequences for human TCR chains (TRA, TRB, TRG, TRD), BCR heavy chains (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgD, and IgE), and light chains (IgK and IgL) from 200 ng–1 µg of FFPE RNA.
MaxiSeq Human FFPE TCR+BCR (with UMIs) helps you generate sequencing-ready libraries for both TCR and BCR sequences from human FFPE RNA. With a streamlined workflow, this kit allows you to capture CDR3 sequences for human TCR chains (TRA, TRB, TRG, and TRD), BCR heavy chains (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgD, and IgE), and light chains (IgK and IgL) from 200 ng–1 µg of FFPE RNA.
This kit is designed to work with RNA of low quality (RIN ≥4, DV200 ≥40%) and yields high-quality sequencing libraries from as little as 200 ng of total RNA from archived samples, such as FFPE tissue blocks. This latest FFPE immune profiling kit includes unique molecular identifiers (UMIs), making it possible to remove reads derived from PCR duplicates and sequencing errors, resulting in improved data accuracy. The kit also comes with Unique Dual Index Plate, which can be used to generate up to 96 multiplexed Illumina libraries.
