The pipeline can be downloaded using the icon below; however, the more convenient installation method is to follow the command-line instructions outlined in the user manual.
NOTE: A stable internet connection is required during installation. For best results, use Adobe PDF Reader to view this user manual.
IMPORTANT: If you are processing Trekker FX data, it is important that you begin with Trekker FX Primary Pipeline Analysis Quick Start Guide to learn about the four key analysis steps. Additional detailed instructions are available in the full Trekker Primary Analysis Pipeline User Manual.
