RACE-ready human cDNA: fetal

Marathon-Ready cDNA—made from high-quality poly A+ RNA and ligated to the Marathon Adaptor—is ready for 5'- and 3'-RACE PCR (Chenchik et al. 1996). Marathon-Ready cDNA is a tissue-specific "pool" of premade double-stranded cDNA from which full-length transcript sequences can be amplified using gene-specific primers. It can also be used to study tissue-specific gene expression and to find polymorphic forms of mRNA, or mRNA belonging to a multigene family.

This Marathon-Ready cDNA is synthesized from premium RNA derived from various human fetal tissues using a procedure optimized to produce full-length cDNA and to eliminate 3' heterogeneity (Borson, Salo, and Drewes 1992). After synthesis, blunt ends are created and the Marathon Adaptor is ligated to both ends of the double-stranded cDNA.

639336 Human Fetal Adrenal Gland Marathon®-Ready cDNA 30 Rxns $765.00

Marathon-Ready cDNA is high-quality, double-stranded cDNA which has been ligated to the Marathon Adaptor and is ready for use as a template in 5' and 3' Marathon RACE reactions. In many cases, the full-length cDNA can then be obtained by end-to-end amplification or standard cloning. Enough material is provided for 30 50-μl Marathon RACE reactions.

Capturem Trypsin for a rapid, efficient mass spectometry workflow at room temperature.

Speed up your mass spec workflow

Capturem Trypsin provides rapid, efficient, and complete digestion of protein samples, allowing an uninterrupted mass spectometry workflow at room temperature for downstream protein analysis. This product utilizes our novel Capturem technology in a spin column format with membrane-immobilized trypsin. Capturem Trypsin Columns may be used to completely digest protein samples in less than a minute with digestion efficiencies (protein coverage) comparable to or better than those obtained using in-solution trypsin digestion.
