Anti-human kappa light chain goat IgG biotin antibody
This product is an affinity-purified IgG antibody that recognizes the kappa light chains of human immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies. In studies using monkeys, conventional anti-human IgG antibodies tend to cross-react with the monkey's own antibodies. To minimize this problem, an additional purification step using monkey IgG has been incorporated into this product. The antibody is provided labeled with biotin. The antibody was raised in goat using human IgG (kappa light chain), and can be used as a secondary antibody for Western blot (WB) detection, immunohistochemical (IHC) detection, or ELISAs.
