Tile bead barcode file retrieval tool

For local analysis of Trekker or Seeker data, the tile bead barcode file is required as an input for the primary analysis pipelines. Each tile has a unique bead barcode file that can be retrieved by following the steps below.

1. Locate the Tile ID on the tile label, or the Pouch ID (Lot#) on the pouch label.

   

   Example of a tile label with Tile ID: A1234_001

   

   Example of a pouch label with Lot# (Pouch ID): UP00825K12-1

2. Enter the Tile ID or Pouch ID in the tile bead barcode file retrieval tool below:

3. Download and unzip the bead barcode file(s) from the search results. With the Pouch ID, links for all tiles included in the pouch are downloaded. Each download link will correspond to a single Tile ID.

   File format: ${Tile_ID}_BeadBarcodes.txt

   Example: A0001_001_BeadBarcodes.txt, B0001_002_BeadBarcodes.txt

4. Use the text file(s) as an input for the Trekker Primary Analysis Pipeline or Seeker Primary Analysis Pipeline (coming soon).
