Example datasets for Takara Bio spatial kits

Download datasets generated with the Trekker Single‑Cell Spatial Mapping Kit and Seeker Spatial Transcriptomics Kit to explore how these cutting-edge technologies enable you to uncover unprecedented insights into cellular interactions and their roles in diverse biological processes. Experience the intuitive design and robust capabilities of our bioinformatics solutions—the Trekker and Seeker Analysis Pipelines.

Designed for researchers of all experience levels, these analysis tools are easy to use, requiring limited bioinformatics expertise and are available on the cloud or can be installed locally.

Explore example datasets, generated with the Trekker and Seeker kits across a variety of human and mouse tissues. Although the datasets tabulated below are from human and mouse tissue, the kits are species agnostic and use the same workflow for all samples.
