Discover the power of spatial omics with cloud-based analysis
Ready to streamline your spatial analysis?
The Takara Bio Spatial Bioinformatics Portal, powered by LatchBio, gives you seamless access to our Seeker and Trekker pipelines—built for intuitive analysis and visualization of spatial multiomics, including transcriptomics, immune profiling, chromatin accessibility, and more. Run the workflows directly from your computer without the need for complex infrastructure to gain spatial awareness of:
- Immune infiltration, tumor margins
- Brain region-specific gene expression
- Spatial gene regulation during embryogenesis
- Pathogen-host interaction sites
Sign up using the form below to request your cloud workspace setup.
While we are setting up your access to the workspace, we invite you to watch this on-demand demo using Plots, a visualization platform designed for spatial and single-cell data analysis for Seeker and Trekker datasets. Plots enables scientists to analyze complex spatial omics data through an intuitive, no-code interface. Everything is accessible through a user-friendly GUI; no programming required.
A new spatial analysis platform to unlock deeper insights from Seeker and Trekker datasets
In this demo, you'll learn how to:
- Identify spatially variable genes
- Detect differentially expressed genes
- Conduct ligand-receptor analysis within selected spatial domains
- Perform cell type annotation and deconvolution with RTCD
- Explore cellular trajectories in spatial context
