Go from standard sequencing data to spatially informed biological insights with our Trekker Bioinformatics Solution. The Trekker Bioinformatics Solution consists of two phases: Trekker Primary Analysis Pipeline and Secondary Data Analysis Workflow. Starting with a standard single-cell sequencing output and the Trekker spatial FASTQ file, a user can generate spatial maps and evaluate data quality with the Trekker Primary Analysis Pipeline. Using the Secondary Data Analysis Workflow, users can obtain spatially informed biological insights to drive their projects forward.
