Our NGS roots began with the adaptation of our SMART cDNA synthesis technology for RNA-seq applications. We continued to evolve this technology to provide an approach for single-cell, low, and degraded inputs. The addition of ThruPLEX and PicoPLEX chemistries to our portfolio broadened our NGS capabilities to cover a range of DNA-seq applications. We also offer solutions that leverage our key technologies for targeted sequencing applications, including small RNA sequencing and immune repertoire profiling. As the use of NGS expands, we remain dedicated to developing new library preparation solutions driven by your need for sensitivity, reproducibility, reliability, and scalability.
