Robust proliferation and sustained long-term growth
Comparison of proliferation rate and long-term growth of MSCs in culture media with and without fibronectin plate coating. MSCs sourced from bone marrow, adipose tissue, and umbilical cord were maintained in either Cellartis MSC Xeno-Free Culture Medium (Cellartis) or in a competitor's medium (Vendor IS), with (+Fib) or without fibronectin coating (-Fib). MSCs cultured in Cellartis medium demonstrated higher proliferation rate and enhanced long-term growth compared to those grown in Vendor IS medium.
