TALON resins
Purify his-tagged proteins from a variety of sources including bacterial, mammalian, yeast, and baculovirus-infected cells under native or denaturing conditions. Cobalt-charged resins bind to his-tagged proteins with higher specificity than nickel-charged resins. TALON resins allow you to:
- Extract most cytosolic and secreted polyhistidine-tagged proteins by small-scale or batch/gravity flow using the TALON Metal Affinity Resin
- Scale up production applications or use for FPLC or medium-pressure chromatography using the TALON Superflow Resin
His60 resins
Our His60 resins provide remarkable selectivity and reliability when used to purify proteins containing histidine residue affinity tags under either native or denaturing conditions. These nickel-based resins are our highest-capacity resin to date that provide great protein purity. His60 resins allow you to:
- Bind up to 60 mg/ml recombinant his-tagged protein
- Purify recombinant his-tagged proteins from bacterial, mammalian, and baculovirus-infected cells in a single step
- Regenerate chromatographic separations for multiple uses
